For Landowners
Your land is more than just acreage—it's your history and your legacy. We're here to help you secure its future with stable, reliable income.
A Partnership You Can Trust
Deciding to host a renewable energy project is a significant decision for any family. We understand the concerns about land rights, environmental impact, and long-term viability.
At Hi Line Partners, we take a different approach. We are Texans working with Texans. We don't hide behind legal jargon or pressure tactics. Our goal is to create a lease agreement that works as well for you in thirty years as it does today.
Common Questions
Will I still own my land?
Absolutely. You maintain full ownership of your property. You are simply leasing a portion of it to Hi Line Partners for the duration of the project.
How long does a lease last?
Typically, our project leases span 30 to 40 years, providing a stable source of income for you and your heirs.
What happens to the land after the project?
Our agreements include decommissioning guarantees. We are contractually obligated to remove all equipment and restore the land to its original condition.
Can I still use the rest of my ranch?
Yes. Many of our landowners continue to run cattle or use their land for recreation on the portions not occupied by the project infrastructure.
